Press, is awesome!! Full color pictures of herbs, pretty complete
descriptions for medicinal use. The medical information is easily
referenced and very usable. Describes the different ways of making
herbal preparations. Includes a history of herbal medicine from the
earliest days to the present, and explains the differences between Western,
Chinese and Indian herbalism. This is the other herb book I keep
at my computer. (Not a cheap book - cover price is about $40, but
if you buy it from Amazon.com it's $11 off.) |
